After getting stories from probably around twelve different transport companies, American finally or the ones to give me an honest upfront answer. There are no major haggles or problems even with incremental weather in the area. My vehicle was picked up when they said they were going to pick it up. And there are no hidden charges are fees. I believe communication no matter if it's bad news or not is the number one rule in business. The consumer wants to hear it even if he gets disappointed, at least he knows the truth!
