Truly an excellent e pertinence. Alan understood what I needed and Waited until I was ready. He kept in touch but did not bug me. I had accidentally put out feelers that resulted in me receiving lots of sol icitations. Ala. was the only one who actually picked up the phone in person. Alan looks around for the best situation for me then we locked it in! I asked that e pickup be after 3:30 p. So that I could be home from work. The only negative is that this was not communicated to the driver. The driver called me and gave me an ETA of 1 pm so I had to leave work early to accommodate the early pickup. The driver was EXCELLENT and fast and thorough. He inspected th vehicle and quickly secure it on his truck., He was very professional and I felt the car was in good hands. The driver g e me an ETA of Friday night or saruefday morning and kept in communi cation with my son. He got it Saturday as promised.
