I've never had to send or transport anything that didn't fit inside a USPS Flat Rate box, so this experience had me all kinds of overwhelmed. I explained this to my salesperson, Paul Strausberg, and he was awesome. I'd originally looked into another company, but their sales rep was rude and kept trying to pressure me into adding other features. (I dunno, maybe the other sales lady worked on commission..?) Anyhow, it was Paul's customer service that won me over. So my car made it from Florida to Colorado in exactly the amount of time promised- the car arrived and everything went smoothly.
