Never Showed Up but charged deposit

I agreed to pay deposit of $150 when driver was assigned. Communication was awful with Keith Barnes. Would never return my calls, emails, etc. Managed to set a pick up date in March 2014. I had to leave State to move but arranged person to be at pick up point. NO ONE showed up. Could not reach anyone. Car was abandoned on city street. I was forced to make an emergency sale since I am terminally ill and could not handle going thru the stress of dealing with this horrible situation. Weeks later, got a call from a driver they had assigned, named Albert. He asked if car still needed to be picked up. I told him I had to sell it and wanted my deposit back. He said I would need to talk to Keith Barnes about that. Couldn't reach Barnes - totally has ignored letters, emails, phone calls and texts.

I stood up to my part of the bargain, but this company has dishonestly kept my money despite not fulfilling their part of the agreement. I want my deposit back.

This is definitely not a fair assessment of what transpired, you are the customer and we will listen....but this is def not fair! We wish you the best.
