I contracted with this company to in Nov/Dec 2013, with a "locked in price" to have my vehicle picked up and shipped to Hawaii in late Feb 14. I've contacted them several times since initially signing to make simple adjustments to the pick up date. On shipping day, no one showed up to pick up my vehicle. Didn't hear anything from the company, unless I called them, left a message w/ their customer service and waited hours for them to call back. When they finally found a driver, it was going to cost me more money (so much for the locked in price) and would have been six days after the original pick up date. In the end, I ended up going with a different company who found a driver w/in 4 hours of contacting them and had my vehicle on the truck within 30 hours. I'm activity duty military and had a hard date where I had to move and needed the vehicle shipped. I had a few days flexibility, but the company's delays exceeded that.
