I needed to transport my car across country, and I am very particular about people touching my car. Not like I baby it, but it has a lot of hand control modifications that are really touchy, and can freak out if you don't know what you're doing. I had to have it towed on a flatbed for service at one point years ago, and it had to be in the show another week to fix what was messed up in transport (NOTE: NOT this company!) They made sure that the person that might need to actually turn on my car and move it had my admittedly poorly written instructions before doing anything (fortunately, they got it on and off the truck without starting my car, which surprised me). Everyone involved was really helpful, and I had an overall positive experience. I would recommend them, and work with them again.
