I've dealt with all sorts of shady and irresponsible shippers before, so I'm always cautious about who I trust with my vehicle. For some reason we get a large amount of low quality transport services here in New York. American Auto Transport was superb from start to finish. They were upfront, dependable, and cost effective. The guy I dealt with was named Carlo, and he was extremely helpful.... no hidden charges, answered my questions, and was very professional. My vehicle arrived in Alabama on time and undamaged. The whole process was seamless, which unfortunately tends to be rare in this industry.
