Working with Matt via email and phone was very easy. He was very helpful & responsive. He emailed me some videos with reference to frequently asked questions which helped clarify a few questions I had. Pickup was actually a day earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise! And I didn't have to worry at all because the drivers provided great communication about their location and estimated arrival time. Arrival was almost exactly when they told me it would be...only 5 days after pickup. The Car was a little dirty from being in an open trailer and going through areas of rain, snow, ect. However, there was no noticeable damage to the vehicle which is the most important thing. I have worked with two other auto transport companies in the past and This was my best experience yet. I will be calling them again! Thanks guys!
