I was pleased with American Auto transport service. we shipped our Honda Accord from Edison, NJ - > Miami, FL. They took 4-days to deliver the car. I had a problem with another transporter provider and was desperately in need of quickly confirming a carrier. Happened to see AAT website on Internet and contacted them. They provided the service very quickly with reasonable price along with quicker delivery. They even did the detailed inspection prior to ship the car and they did the same when they delivered the car. Car looks clean and no trouble and no shocking surprises.They even provided the Driver & Carrier Number, it would help us to track with Truck Driver. One good thing there were no truck changes while the journey, the same truck & driver brought our vehicle all the way.
Only thing is as the carriers were the second party.The supposed to deliver the car in 3rd day itself but due to some driver personnel problems the delivery got delayed 1-day. Unfortunately Driver didn't informed to me hence we were worried about the car. He missed the communication during that period. other than disconnect in communication overall it was a pleasant experience with AAT.I would recommend to go with AAT for any shipment.
