My initial quote by Jason was "$700 with a $50 discount". Later I was told that it was a $50 REBATE. The $50 rebate that was promised if I placed this review and it was never received. The form that they sent said if you do not receive the rebate within 60 day to contact them. I left several messages with AAT's customer service and received no response. When I was finally able to speak to a customer service representative they told me that another company handles the rebates for them and she told me that company does not have a department that responds if you have not provided all the information that they require. I provided everything that they required.
This was my first experience using a transport company, initially I really feel like I lucked out. Every contact with AAT was positive. Their quote was very reasonable. The pickup and deliver of my vehicle was timely. The driver was experienced, courteous, caring and always available for contact via his cell phone. I asked if I could extend the pick-up date by five days after I had made the reservation and they had no problem accommodating my request.
