The scheduling and contracting process is very efficient. I received a contract withing 20 minutes of calling the American Auto Transport office in Florida and emailed it back with my electronic signature. I received three phone calls from American Auto Transport to let me know the car would be picked up on Monday evening but the driver only arrived the following morning, which was a very inconvenient time for me to drive the car and meet him in a nearby parking lot, and get back in time for a teleconference. The same thing happened when the car was delivered to my daughter in California. The delays are very understable given that traffic is difficult to predict and the driver has to load and unload several cars on his way to your destination but it is important to be aware of likely delays and plan accordingly. Otherwise, the driver was very considerate. He called one hour ahead to figure out the most convenenient place to meet and drove me back home since no one was available to pick me up at that time. The car was delivered in perfect condition.
