The overall service for this company was average. Although my vehicle did arrive in the specified time frame that was given, I did not like the customer service personnel. When I initially called to inquire about the service the personnel was very courteous. After I gave them the payment for the service and called back to inquire about the official day the car would arrive because of misleading information from the dispatch (sub-contactor who actually drops the vehicle off) they were very rude and actually hung up on me during the confrontation. Besides the rude customer service after the vehicle was delivered I tried numerous times to contact customer service to inquire about the $50 rebate they offer, I could not reach them directly so had to leave numerous messages and was not contacted back in a timely manner. So if your looking for your car to arrive on time they are pretty good on that but customer service rating for my experience was poor.
