Was told 7 to 10 days, they picked up early and delivered late (13 days). Was given driver name and phone number if I wanted to check progress, he never answered phone, was told by dispatcher that he was not driver, new driver did not speak any english so number would be of no use. All said they did ok, would have been better if they would have stayed within the 10 day time frame, or told me up front it is more like two weeks.
