It was overwhelming receiving all the emails and phone calls about transporting my vehicle from Michigan to Arizona. I was on a very tight budget and didn't want to spend my money or trust my vehicle to just anyone. I know that who ever I spoke with would have their own best interest at heart. I just wanted a happy median. I hastily answered my phone while at work to yet another transport company and this time it was American auto. My first words were im busy and I need to call you back after work hours. My thoughts were if all these companies already sent you emails then let me take time to review, narrow down and call my top choices. The rep quickly and politely interjected and gave me some questions and concerns the I should ask any company that I chose. I didn't need them to call me being sooo pushy. I had questions about the entire process from start to finish. He answered them all patiently and let me ask as many as I wanted. The rep at American Auto made me feel that that initial conversation was not just a sales pitch but a conversation that left me feeling like i knew the right questions to ask whatever company I decided to go with. He gave me so much knowledge that I think I want to start me a transportation company. ( So look out American Auto, you might have some competition that stemmed from you doing such a great job and providing me with the blueprint of a successful interaction) I decided to go with them and my experience was very professional and from start to finish. The follow up calls, the drivers number the info about the rebates, it was all exceptional. And my driver was the "BEST DRIVER EVER" ......BIG G, thanks
