I contacted Jennifer and instantly bombed her with various questions, which most of them were little dumb. She was so nice and patient and very calmly explained me about how the transfer of my car will happen. She even give me great price and was supportive till the very end. She made the things very easy and simple and helped me to understand the service process much easier.
Their driver was right on time and he was nice too. The pick up of was done in very careful and nice way. He looked over my car, like of his own. He was friendly and positive throughout the whole process.
Jennifer told me that I will get my car in 5 business days. She was so accurate. On the 5th day she called me and we arranged a drop off. The car wasn't damaged and it was in the same condition as they took it.
