The price was raised from original contract price and wasn't told of the increase until day of pickup. Another carrier told me they had raised the price and when I contacted customer service about the price increase they denied it which was a lie. The vehicle was to be picked up on Tuesday or Wednesday and it was picked up on Friday. I would not use this transporter again.
