This was not the first time I'd sent a car across the country and the last experience was so bad - changed dates, changed costs, slow and complicated delivery, etc. - that I had very low expectations. Brian was straightforward with me, though. The pickup was about 2 hours later than we'd been told, which was annoying but not too problematic. The delivery came a day early - before we even arrived at our new destination ourselves - but the driver agreed to meet us near the rental car terminal of the airport and delivered the car there. This made a great solution out of what could have been a real problem.
