Terrible company to work with, do not use!

Do not use American Auto Transport! The rep blatently lied about how my vehicle would be shipped. He said it would be from somebody in his company that would be driving not another carrier and it would be a one truck door to door service to limit chances for damage and finger pointing. This was the entire reason i went with their company and paid the extra money. I then called after i found out the driver was not part of their company and it would be on not only 2, but 3 different trucks. The person who i spoke with said he couldnt help me and i asked for a supervisor he said the supervisor was busy and he would call me back shortly. Two days later i called again and i spoke with a person who claimed to be the owner to explain the situation. He used profane language and told me after I contracted with them its none of my business how they get my vehicle to the destination. He then proceeded to tell me to if i had an issue talk to my lawyer and he will tell me i have no case. I told him he should treat customers this way from the start so they know what they are getting instead of lying to misrepresent themselves to earn a customer's business. I paid $925 and found this type of service for $750 to $800 brokered. When my vehicle was delivered it had a large scratch on the hood and they said i had to take it up with the other company. They also have a $50 rebate for posting a review, lets see if it's only for good reviews. Do not use this company!
