On February 22nd 2013, I contacted American Auto Transport and spoke to Henry Martin. I asked whether they could pick up a car that i had purchased at a dealer in Butler, NJ. I aked if they could pick up the car on Sat March 2nd. He said yes. I then asked if I would get the car the same day and he said the car would be picked up in the morning of that day and because, and I quote, " it's only 350 miles" He stated that I would get delivery later that day OR at the very latest the next day. He lied. When I called the dealer on Saturday at approx noon and found out that the car had not been picked up I started calling the customer service number at American Transport and was prompted to leave my name and number and someone would return my call. After waiting awhile with no call back I called again and was met with a person who said that he was not the one who took the order and Henry Martin was not there and he didn"t know anything BUT then assured me that my car would be picked up because it was dispatched... Another lie. In conclusion Car was finally picked up @ approx 4:30 on Mon.March 4th and not delivered until Thurs March 7th Would never use or recommend this company!
