In the " feeding fenzy" world of auto transport this company was the most straight forward one I talked to. The rate they quoted me " stuck" with no attemps to bump it up as with some other companies I've used. The car was picked up promply by a skilled driver and was promptly delivered to it's destination. I was handling this on behalf of a friend as I'd had previous experience with transporting cars. This was done about 7 mos. and I don't remember the names of the people I dealt with but they were all pleasant and knowledgeable. The vehicle involved was a full size 4-door sedan. I will contact American again when the need arises.
