I relocated from MD to Alaska to be with my husband who is active duty military.

I was pleased with the service provided by American Auto Transport. After a bad experience with another company that took our $1000 deposit and never picked up my car, American Auto Transport was able to arrange a pick-up of my car in a relatively short time period. The driver did arrive 2 days after the quoted date of pick-up, but the car made it to Tacoma, Washington from Maryland in less than a week.

American Auto Transport was the initial broker, the driver that took the car from MD to WA was with a company called Daisy Logistics. From there, the car was placed on a ship to Anchorage, AK. Then the car was transported on another auto carrier truck from Anchorage to Fairbanks by a company called Fairbanks Auto Transport, a division of Wrightway Auto Transport. May I just say, WOW!

I was most pleased with Fairbanks Auto Transport. I worked with a contact named Michelle who was on top of it! She had my car expedited and it actually arrived ahead of schedule. She was good with returning calls and calling me with updates, which was a problem with our first company. When I picked up the car, she had it washed for me. After all we had been through with the first company, working with Michelle at Fairbanks Auto Transport was a breath of fresh air!

Hats off to American Auto Transport for lining up all of the connections for my car to go such a far distance. Once the car was picked up, it all went very smoothly.
