I talked to a lady named Margaret who explained exactly how the transport works. She explained exactly how it works and I followed her instructions. The auto was picked up on time by an extremously courteous driver. He delivered the vehicle in the same condition as he received it at the same he said he would. My son-in-law received the vehicle in Calif. and had nothing but praise for the delivery and driver. I am a retired Marine and a very concientious consumer and I would highly recommend American Auto for automobile transportation!
