My husband and I never hired anyone to ship a car before, so we were operating in the dark. But Rachel was very informative when I called and didn't mind answering my questions. Ishmael, the truck driver who picked up/dropped off our car (Florida to Pennsylvania) was professional, prompt, and a good communicator.
