We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your service. When we booked your order it was not made clear that the clearance of the vehicle was so low to the ground and we gave you a price for an open carrier. We sent out the open carrier and they immediately realized that they could not load the vehicle due to the clearance so we canceled with them and upgraded the order for an enclosed carrier which comes at a higher price (which was agreed to). We then scheduled the vehicle on the enclosed carrier and picked up and delivered the vehicle before the customers deadline for the party.
