American Auto Shipping provided us with top notch, professional service from first contact through to final delivery. Our initial contact was with Gina, who took our call with great competence and genuine concern. She was very professional, courteous, and extremely helpful in every way. Gina followed through on everything she said she would do for us, without fail! She went above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service on every level. Our next contact was with Marco, our carrier who picked up and delivered our vehicle. I couldn’t imagine any better service than what he provided. Both Gina and Marco exceeded our expectations with their 5 STAR service! Kudos to American Auto Shipping. Their employees are truly a cut above all the rest!
