The agent Rachel went above and beyond to assure we were able to receive our vehicle in a timely manner. We were concerned that it wouldn't arrive on time but Rachel not only kept in touch with me , educating me on the process but she also reached out to her dispatch and made things happen. Our move was stressful but she made it much better giving customer service that was worth 5 star ratings. Kind agents that educate and make things happen are a gem. Rachel was our gem. We are super happy with our transport and will be referring friends and family to her. Thanks for everything !
