Diane @ American Auto Relocation Professionals saved me from missing an important deadline on transporting a vehicle. I had booked with (the lowest bidder) AutoShip USA (aka Nationwide Auto Relocation), (866) 986-7447 - Daniel. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. He made promise for pick-up, and 3 days before came up w/ a story about "the truck is broken down". BULL$#!+..........!!! I got a gut feeling that he was scamming me....I called Diane @ American Auto Relocation Professionals (888) 992-2248, and she looked up my order on centraldispatch.com, and it was listed, but not booked by any trucker. Many attempts to call the "foreigner" sounding Daniel were not successful. He never called me back. Diane re-booked my order, got the enclosed trailer I needed, and the move was handled perfectly.
