This is the worse company that I have dealth with in any situation. One their customer service is rude and hung up on me multiple times when i was trying to inquire why my vehicle has not been picked up. I wanted to speak with the dispatcher and her boss multiple times but all she did was hung up. I recommend that you don't even deal with these people in the first place. Totally unprofessional lying about how the trucker will be there the following day for a week and a half. Absolutely a pain.
