Poor Service, inaccurate pick up date, lack of response

Company said they would pick up within a 3 day window of 77/17-7/19, next thing you know I am getting a scheduled pick up date email saying it would be 7/21. I called repeatedly and sent emails and received no response. Not a good experience. The person I was working with, Denise, said she gave a 5 day window which was absolutely not true. She was rude and unprofessional on the phone, telling me she did not need an "attitude" This company needs a basic course in customer service. My car is supposed to be picked up this Sunday, I hope it actually happens and goes smoothly or I may have additional comments.

Really!?! WE SHIPPED THIS CAR ON TIME! It was delivered ON TIME! I don't get it. I really do not understand people any more. What more could she want?
