This customer had an order booked for a FL to RI shipment for 6/2. We called her on 6/1 to set up a time and she informed me that she decided to cancel her order because I could not give her an EXACT time of pick up a week PRIOR to shipping. I explained that we do not have specific times until 24 hours prior, she got upset, told me that was unreasonable, and that I had to credit her account for a refund of her deposit. I refunded what she was owed that same day. Honestly, this review is just crazy.
