Car should have been picked up on the 12th of May but never was. Every time I called them they always said the truck should be their sometime today because it is in North Carolina. Then the truck had problems and they assigned me to another truck which was suppose to pick my car up by that afternoon, however it never happened. After the 16th every time I called the company they would not answer my phone call or they would put me on hold and hang up. This is nothing but a scam company. I had to do a fraudulent change back on my AMEX and I also contacted the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission about these scammers.

Mr. Mizzell has some obvious and easily proven lies in his review. He signed a contract for a pick-up date of the 13th, not the 12th. He called on the 12th, upset that his car was not picked up, we explained that the truck was not scheduled until the following day and he got really upset. We directed him to look at his contract but he just decided to cancel, instead of being a normal, reasonable person and waiting one day.
