Paid 50% upfront other 50% to be paid at destination. Date of pickup was 4/21. They claimed they would call me when they would pick them up. I called every other day to get status. They would always claim the driver would be there the next day and it would deliver in about 8 days. Today, being 5/2, I called and they told me again that the driver would pick up today. This has been the reply for 11 days. I told them to cancel my request and return me my money. The accounting dept has yet to contact me regarding my refund but I will call them again to see the status of this.

I have been looking for this order and have come up with NO results. In order to investigate this further I need an order number. So far, I show nothing for a Lionel transporting a vehicle from FL to Texas!
