I had to transport my car a long haul, Cali to Hawaii. There was no way I was going to do this difficult task myself. I was hesitant to use a car transport service, since I never had to before and quite honestly I was afraid something would happen to my vehicle. Like maybe it would get damaged, stolen, lost, etc., etc. The nightmares you can encounter because of damage or loss to your vehicle is a total headache and mess.
Chris provided step by step customer service, explaining everything along the way. The process itself was painless and the way Chris handled my order was professional, courteous and very respectful towards myself as well as my car. I had a sense of security leaving my car in American Auto Move's hands.
