My experience with American Plus Auto Hauling exceeded my expectations. My first contact with Cheri was professional with excellent customer service. Cheri explained in detail all phases of my cars transport from Illinois to Florida. This was not the first car I have had transported but this one exceeded my expectations. I selected this company for it reputation and very reasonable pricing. I received a prompt detail e-mail and personal telephone contact to any questions/concerns that I had. On the day my car was delivered I encountered a problem with the driver, this is were Cheri really stepped up her game. The driver wanted to increase the quoted price to be paid on delivery. I made my distress phone call to Cheri who immediately stood by her contract and e-mailed a copy of the invoice given to the driver with the amount he was to collect at time of delivery. The driver attempted to postpone the saturday delivery until monday after my protest of the price change. I phoned Cheri hysterical but she remaimed calm and confident as I relayed the conservation and she asked for the drivers phone number. My family and I did not think or expect any actions that could have been taken because it is now after 4pm on a saturday. Shortly after talking with Cheri I received a call from the driver asking what exit he should take coming to my house. I couldn't believe it. I immediately called Cheri with the good news and she instructed me to contact her after my car arrived. Cheri gave me the BEST customer service ever. This company American Plus Auto Hauling was there for me and proved themselves worthy of EXCELLENT. I NEVER heard the words there is nothing I can do with every problem there was a solution. I highly recommed them and will only use them. I can honestly say THEY GET THE JOB DONE...Thanks
