Jasmine at AmeriFreight was easy to work with and quite knowledgeable. However, the trucking company was very difficult , disagreeable and damaged our car. Jasmine is trying to help work out a settlement and she was upset with this company's performance.
I feel that AmeriFreight is not responsible for the actions of this particular trucking company. I would use AmeriFreight again. I don't think that AmeriFreight will be using this particular trucking company again since they did not display a professional demeanor.
