I first have to say that prior to contacting AmeriFreight (Graham) I had a horrible experience with USA Logistics LLC out of CT. DO NOT use this company!! They lied and were BEYOND rude. They talked to me and treated me like I was a total idiot! I had a specific date that I was told the vehicle would be picked up and after the contract was signed, they said NOO we have 14 days to pick the car up if you read the teeny tiny print on the back. That was after they asked me if I could read......really bad experience!
So, when I talked to Graham at AmeriFreight I was very concerned that he would treat me the same way and I had already been without a car for 2 weeks waiting on the other company. This was on a Thursday evening and he explained everything they would do to get my vehicle moving as quickly as possible. I got a call the NEXT DAY and the vehicle was picked up that Sunday! It took 7 days to move my car from NC to CA and it was delivered the following Sunday! What a great experience!!! They were honest, friendly and fair on pricing. I would use this company again in a second! GREAT JOB GRAHAM!!! I very much appreciate your courteous, prompt service!
