We had had all sorts of problems with another carrier before we decided to switch to Amerifreight. The other carrier would never give me a straight answer on why our car was not getting picked up for over a month. We decided to switch to Amerifreight and they were immediately honest with why drivers weren't picking up the bid that was posted with the other company. They explained everything to me and got a driver to take our bid within a couple days. They were always very responsive to my calls. When the driver missed the original pickup window, Amerifreight made it their top priority to get that fixed and the driver out to us ASAP. They cared about making sure we were satisfied and followed through on what they promised.
