AmeriFreight was very pleasant to deal with. Their customer service was efficient, and they had no trouble helping me figure out a timeline for shipping my car. The carrier used was a different story, though; after contacting AmeriFreight to help me communicate with the carrier, they did a great job in trying to do everything to help me.
My car was shipped from Chicago to Orlando for $790 (they offer a student discount, too), which I found to be a fair price after researching other options. I set up the shipment about a month before I moved and everything fell into place nicely. My customer service reps, Coni and Jasmine, were always helpful and in contact with me to make sure I had the proper forms filled out and sent in when they needed to be. My car was picked up two days earlier than planned on and I was without it for 17 days, but had other transportation options.
While the carrier will not be used again, I would ship with AmeriFreight again if I move.
