I had never shipped a car before and needed to get my car to my destination in a very tight timeframe. My contact at AmeriFreight, Graham, was very honest with me about what to expect, and also explained what was typical or a-typical in auto shipping. (For example, typically there is a multiple day window during which a vehicle will be picked up and / or delivered. I was unaware of that when beginning the process.) Graham did a great job of managing my expectations, giving me full information, and enabling me to weigh the risks inherent in my tight timeframe. He then acted quickly to get the job done. The shipper who did the job was very polite and knowledgeable, picked up my car, and had it to my destination even earlier than my deadline, which was perfect. (The shipper called me when he was an hour away to let me know when he would be arriving at the destination as well.) The transaction could not have gone more smoothly. I am extremely pleased and recommend this company. To note, I did pay extra for premium service which was about double the cost of the most basic service, but Graham gave me all the information I needed before I made the decision to do that.
