There were several complications: The paperwork was lost. The original quote was too low to get the vehicle shipped. We dealt with three different people. The contract was threatened to be dropped. We added $170 to the original price. The price increased without prior authorization. The car shipped approximately 3 weeks after available date. The company did chip in $40 and the car did arrive without damage.
