This is my first time using an auto transport business. Amerifreight has been good, and Jonathan and Jeff were very professional. But I feel there is a something missing from the point I paid Amerifreight to the lack of communication when I was assigned pickup from Excelence Auto Trans. 5 1/2 hours late for pick up with not one phone call. Then on delivery day, they never showed until the next day in the evening with no phone call or any type of notification. I guess I had high expectations about my auto transport, since I expect that of myself and If I had a business. I feel that both Amerifreight and the trucking companies should have a phone number to contact a live person after hours.
