Our contact at Amerifreight was Graham and he was very personable and helpful. Our biggest concern was that we would not be in New Jersey for the delivery of our vehicle. As it turned out we were not there for pick up in Utah nor delivery in New Jersey. As far as we know all is well with our vehicle. We will find out tomorrow when we arrive in New Jersey. The biggest problem was that it was difficult to understand the driver of the carrier because of his heavy accent. We had told Amerifreight that the carrier probably would not be able to come directly to our home to pick up the vehicle because we live in a cul-de-sac. When the driver contacted my daughter-in-law to pick up the vehicle, she said she could not get him to understand not to come down our cul-de-sac and as he tried, he had to back up his carrier. That was the biggest problem. Then it just took time to move other vehicles around in order to load ours. This was our first time transporting a vehicle and we were nervous and had lots of concerns, but overall it turned out great. "All's well that ends well". Thank you Amerifreight.
