First, I was told that it would be closed which is what I wanted and then they changed it to open with my consent after finding no drivers. I am okay with that but the lack of communication and getting to the rep that was involved with me was a big issue. Driver was dressed shabby but pleasent. Overall may want to stick with a bigger company that has personal to get back to you.
