This was the first time i had to use a service to transport a car across the country. I would have like to driven it there but due to the lack of time things didn't work out. My first measure I took was to check this site for positive reviews. This site helped very much as far as making a choice. I originally submitted a request through E Bay and received many,many calls and emails. The quotes very all very close but i based my choice on # of transports,positive reviews and average cost.
The process started off very good but with personnel changes the ball was definitely dropped. My pick up date passed and with many unanswered calls to my agent things didn't look good. After many voice mails with no call back finally I had talked to one of the girls in the office and explained my situation. I then found out that the agent was left go and hadn't told anyone about his customers status. Thing did start moving in a positive way after that. I was promptly called back on every inquiry through one of the girls in the office or the manager.
The weather played a role in the pick up schedule and that was understandable. I was willing to do anything on my side to get the auto moving. The agent was also very helpful giving me updates about conditions and the truck flow positions.
Finally the car was pick up by Victor Transport, Steve the driver was great. He was very courteous, helpful and careful with the care of my car. Upon delivery to the destination he also upheld the same service.
I would definitely use this this company for any future vehicle transport i I would need.
