This is a third party, who hires someone else to do the shipping. It would be nice to not have the middle man, but there is some guarantee. Kind of miffed, asked for rush, truck pickup was 5 hours late, and was told they were not leaving for three days because of New Years Eve. I could have saved 200 dollars and not rushed it. But the car did get there early, it was in mint condition, and the truck guys were nice.
