I chose this company due to its very high ratings from other users. If you've never dealt with a car carrier before there's always a crapshoot factor involved even with a good reputation behind them. You do not really know who your actual truck driver will be...they are selected from a pool of availabe drivers who I accept the offer to carry cars to particuar locations. But what else do you have to go on? So I emailed them my details and they responded pretty fast. The original quote was $795. A day or 3 later they advised me that if I would up my price to $845 they could get me a truck faster since that's what the drivers wanted to do this run. I agreed. A day or two later a driver called me and said he could pick my car up that evening (Wednesday). He showed up, loaded the car, and four days later it was deliverd to Denver.Car in good shape according to my daughter. No drama to report. I would use Amerifrieght again.
