We paid extra to expedite the pick-up time. The car was suppose to be picked up in 3 days. It took almost four weeks for a carrier to accept the contract. I suggest that the contracting company should have a secure lot in a transportation coridoor where customers could have drop off their car. This would greatly improve the pick-up time and lack of control.

We are unsure about this review. This order was placed, dispatched, and picked up within a 3 day period. We have tried to talk with this customer to understand the review left, but the customer is not willing to communicate on the issue. If AmeriFreight's records are for some reason wrong and the driver delayed 4 weeks, without telling us and without the customer telling us, we would like to know. To our knowledge, this vehicle was picked up and delivered within 2 weeks of placing the order. This is very typical of cross country moves.
