We always strive to do our very best for our customers. For that reason we will not settle for less than 100% customer satisfaction. We ask customers to leave a review for our services and give them a refund for their efforts. If they found everything satisfactory, we ask for an overall satisfactory review. If not, we want hem to contact us first to give us an opportunity to fix what we did wrong before they post a negative review. If they are still not happy and post less than satisfactory reviews they will still get the refund, just because they chose to ship with us.
