For such a long trip, we did have to move from the budget phase to the phase where Amerifreight raises the bid to attract more truckers. That did work well though with a trucker responding within a couple days of the uptick. Aaron at Amerifreight, and another representative were attentive in keeping us posted on the status of the bid and time for the move. Our confidence was bolstered when meeting the truckers themselves. The carrier was Motion Carriers LLc and they were exceedingly professional about the pickup and delivered the car unscathed in Oregon about 9 days later. First time using Amerifreight and we did pay a little more than a competing bid, but Amerifreight comes across as more polished in their communications and processes. Another firm that tried to underbid AF did not sound good and using Google street view did nothing to change our mind about them. Would use AF again and if you can get Motion Carriers, I'd have no concerns.
