I used AmeriFreight for shipping my car from Boston to San Francisco. I found the customer service rep, Aaron, to be very knowledgeable and honest about "how" the transportation process works. He gave me different options to ship my vehicle, and was honest about the different times required for the different options.
He was very prompt in returning my calls and answered all questions I had, which made me feel comfortable using them. Finally, the driver who picked up the vehicle was extremely courteous and was able to deliver the car within 5 days after pick-up.
I will definitely use AmeriFreight again for my future transportation needs, and highly recommend others to check them out.
